Refund Policy
No Payments Are Being Collected.
The current CardDirector Early Access waitlist is free. Final refund and cancellation terms will be published and shown before any future payment information is submitted.
Effective September 3, 2026
1. Current Free-Waitlist Status
CardDirector is not currently accepting payments or paid subscriptions. Joining the Early Access waitlist does not require payment information and does not create a charge, purchase, trial, or subscription.
Because the waitlist is free, there is no waitlist payment to refund. If you believe you received an unauthorized charge using the CardDirector name, contact billing@carddirector.com promptly.
2. Policy Before Paid Enrollment Opens
If CardDirector begins accepting payments, the final refund eligibility, request period, cancellation method, seller or Merchant of Record, trial terms, first charge date, recurring price, taxes, and transaction-specific conditions will be disclosed before payment information is submitted.
CardDirector will update this page before paid enrollment opens. No future refund period or discretionary refund eligibility is promised by the current free-waitlist policy.
3. Refund Support After Paid Enrollment Opens
The final checkout, receipt, and account tools will identify the seller or Merchant of Record and the correct refund channel. CardDirector will provide product and refund support and will determine eligibility under the policy published for the purchase. A Merchant of Record may process an approved refund and apply its transaction terms.
CardDirector billing assistance will be available through billing@carddirector.com. Customers should include the purchase email address, transaction or invoice identifier, purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not email full payment-card numbers or security codes.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation and refunds are separate. If paid subscriptions open, canceling will stop future renewals according to the terms shown at checkout but will not automatically refund a completed charge. CardDirector plans to provide an online self-service cancellation path.
5. Effect of a Refund
A completed refund may end paid entitlement and access to subscription-supported editing, connected services, imports, and updates. It is not designed to delete locally stored card and workflow records; the applicable desktop license will govern continued Read Only, backup, and export access.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Rights relating to withdrawal, cancellation, faulty digital products, products not as described, billing errors, or other consumer protections continue to apply where required by law.
7. Contact
For billing, cancellation, or refund assistance, contact billing@carddirector.com. General product support is available at support@carddirector.com.
