No. Raw-versus-graded evaluation is an important part of the program, but CardDirector also includes market discovery, Prospects, submission tracking, inspection tools, selling workflows, Item Finder, follow-ups, pricing assistance, Package Tracking, and retained-card management.

Yes. Tracked Cards keep selected card identities available for later research without turning them into active Prospects. Owned Cards can record one or more distinct physical copies with their own acquisition details, condition, location, images, notes, and workflow relationship. CardDirector remains workflow-first rather than trying to be a mass inventory catalog for every collectible you own. Cards intentionally retained after the active workflow can carry their grade, costs, notes, history, and future reviews into Vault.

Yes. Market Scan and Raw vs. Graded Quick Check can surface a Potential Grading Opportunity by comparing estimated raw and graded values with market activity, grading costs, fees, shipping, and user-entered assumptions. When the required inputs are available, CardDirector may show Estimated Profit, Estimated Loss, and Estimated Margin. When only part of the scenario is available, it uses Estimated Resale Difference. These are estimates, not guarantees or instructions to buy or grade a card.

No. Potential Grading Opportunity, Estimated Profit, Estimated Loss, Estimated Margin, and other outputs are scenario-based estimates. CardDirector does not guarantee card condition, grade, value, demand, liquidity, sale, margin, or profit. The user decides what to buy, grade, list, sell, or retain.

Yes. The Dashboard lets you add, hide, move, resize, pack, and reset supported widgets. CardDirector also includes light and dark appearance options, available color modes, flexible item-page views, and supporting panels or guidance that can be reduced or collapsed where the current workspace supports it.

Yes. CardDirector includes an in-app Guide covering program workflows, tools, terminology, and common next steps. Early Access support is also available when a question requires direct help.

No. Listing research helps users compare potential purchases, but purchasing, bidding, offers, payments, disputes, and seller actions remain with the user and the marketplace.

No. The current waitlist is free. Joining does not create an account or subscription, start a trial, require payment information, guarantee an invitation, or reserve a price.

The planned paid Early Access offer is $12.99 per month after a planned 14-day trial, with connected market data included. This is advance information, not a current offer for sale, and may change before paid enrollment opens.

No trial begins from the waitlist. If paid enrollment opens, an accepted user will see the final seller, trial eligibility and dates, first charge date, recurring price, cancellation method, and refund terms before completing checkout.

The final billing provider and any Merchant of Record will be identified before payment information is submitted. CardDirector plans monthly renewal with an online self-service cancellation path; final transaction terms will control.

CardDirector is designed to preserve access to view and export locally stored records while paid editing and connected services may be restricted. Periodic entitlement checks and temporary offline access may apply. The final behavior will be stated in the desktop license and checkout terms before paid access opens.

CardDirector includes eBay Listing Lookup and Buy Radar for listing research. A user-authorized eBay connection also supports relevant purchase and sale order information and associated shipment tracking.

No. Package Tracking requires the user’s connected eBay account and is limited to shipment information eBay makes available for eligible purchase and sale orders from that account. CardDirector does not connect directly to carrier accounts.

No. CardDirector shows shipment and delivery information that is available from the connected service. Tracking events or estimates can be delayed, incomplete, or changed by the marketplace or carrier.

No. Connected market data is included with CardDirector. You don’t need to purchase or manage a separate market-data subscription. Availability can vary depending on the card and the connected service.

Yes. Manual Prospect creation is included. Enter the card yourself, keep your own pricing values if desired, and use supported connected market-data search later without changing its permanent CardDirector Item ID.

No. PSA-connected services remain planned and should not be treated as part of the current Early Access feature set.

Connected features rely on outside services such as eBay and the market-data service. If one of those services is unavailable or changes its access, the related CardDirector feature may be temporarily affected.

No. CardDirector helps organize the workflow and available connected information, but disputes, carrier claims, grading decisions, refunds, and other third-party outcomes remain with the user and the applicable provider.

No. Core card and workflow records are stored locally, but connected features transmit the information needed to the appropriate CardDirector service and third-party provider. The Privacy Notice explains those flows.

Working order and shipment records are kept with CardDirector on your computer. CardDirector’s online services may retain limited security, compliance, and operational records needed to provide connected features. See the Privacy Notice for details.

Yes, but they are separate actions. Disconnecting ends the authorization. Deleting previously imported local records is a separate user-controlled step.

CardDirector is being prepared first for 64-bit Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11.

Memory, processor, display, and Windows targets are provisional. Final storage and performance requirements will be measured from the completed installer on clean Windows systems before download access opens.

Windows is the first platform priority. A Mac version is not currently promised.
