Internet access is required for activation, periodic access checks, and connected research. Optional eBay features require your authorization. Provider coverage and availability may vary.

At Public Launch

From Purchase to Your Workspace

Paid access will open when the released application is ready to download, activate, and use. A purchase will provide access to the available release; it will not fund a reservation for unfinished software.

  1. Review the Release and Terms

Check the available features, Windows requirements, license, price, billing interval, renewal terms, and refund policy before entering payment information.

  2. Complete Your Purchase

Choose whether to subscribe through the checkout offered at launch. Your free waitlist signup will never become a purchase automatically.

  3. Download and Activate

The purchase confirmation will explain how to obtain the Windows installer and activate your access. Keep your receipt and use the email address associated with your purchase.

  4. Set Up Your Card Workflow

Open CardDirector, use the in-app Guide, and connect any supported services you choose. Review imported information before relying on it.

Your Records

Understand Access and Backups

Local Records and Backups

Core card and workflow records are stored on your computer. Connected features also communicate with online services. Keep backups before changing computers, reinstalling, or updating; a subscription is not a cloud backup of your local records.

Read the Privacy Notice

When Access Ends

CardDirector is designed to preserve readable local records when access expires, while editing and connected features may be restricted. The release license will explain the final Read Only behavior, periodic checks, and any temporary offline grace.

Setup Help

Have a Download or Activation Problem?

If you have privately arranged access, follow the instructions in your personal activation email. Ask support to review an expired or missing link; joining the public waitlist does not reissue access.

For setup problems, include your account email, CardDirector version if available, Windows version, approximate error time, and the error message. Do not send passwords, activation codes, private invitation links, or full payment details.

If a future payment succeeds but your download or activation fails, contact support before attempting another purchase.
